Ah, "Fall into Italy"! A delightful campaign, where we, the virtuosos at VRN Creative, played cupid for Canadian wine lovers and Italian vintages. Commissioned by the Italian Trade Commission in Toronto (yeah, they've got government officials who do that!), we set out to brew a romance between B2C wine importers and the Canadian market.
Fall Into Italy
We didn't just design a website. We curated a digital ode to Italian viticulture. Every detail reflected the roots of Italian winemaking, from grape to glass. The branding? A masterpiece combining indigenous Italian wine-growing elements, harmoniously weaving in illustrations of grapes, wine barrels, and birds. Grapes showcased the origin, the pristine raw ingredient. Barrels, depicted with finesse, symbolised the specific wood varieties integral to the aging process.
The birds, our silent guardians, were the unsung heroes maintaining natural pest control. The colours? Imagine a twilight sky over an Italian vineyard. The deep blue, a choice made to inspire trust and sidestep any colour clashing with our participating producers. Gold was the brushstroke of exclusivity and elegance, and white was the balancing act, tying it all together.
Our email marketing was smoother than a velvety Barolo, PR more enticing than a fine Pecorino. Each wine supplier got a custom-tailored digital suite, echoing their brand and voice. Follow-up emails were handcrafted, guiding customers through the vineyards, one tantalising grape at a time.
Ultimately, we didn't just drive sales. We orchestrated an intricate ballet of flavours, connecting Italian wines and Canadian palates. All served with a dash of VRN Creative panache.
