Working in close collaboration with the Italian Trade Commission (ITC), our team executed end-to-end registration and reception services for each event location. From Toronto to Vancouver, Calgary to Montréal, we deployed highly trained reception teams tailored to the scale and language needs of each city, ensuring every guest interaction felt polished, professional, and effortless.
The entire event operated digitally through Eventbrite, allowing for a streamlined check-in process powered by QR code scanning. Our receptionists managed on-site guest verification, real-time registrations for walk-ins, and category-based credential distribution—all while keeping queues moving smoothly and efficiently. No paper. No confusion. No exceptions.
Behind the scenes, we handled pre-event technical testing with venues to ensure reliable internet connectivity and flawless software performance well ahead of show day. On-site, our supervisors oversaw operations, supported ITC officers, and ensured that all guest data was accurately collected and delivered at the close of each event.
Beyond the main entrance, our team remained flexible and responsive, assisting with masterclasses in Toronto and Montréal, managing attendee flow, and adapting to the rhythm of each venue. With staff working full event days and maintaining a high standard of service throughout, we helped create an experience that felt as smooth and sophisticated as the wines being poured.
