This policy explains how VRN Creative (501 Adelaide St. W., Toronto, Ontario), including its children’s book imprint Tiny Hero Readers, collects, uses and protects personal information on vrncreative.com. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect
Contact and Hire Us forms: your name, email, phone number, company and message.
Tiny Hero Readers free printables: your email address, your child’s first name if you choose to give it, the worry or hero you picked, your consent to receive emails and the link you arrived from (for example Instagram).
Automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies by our website platform, Wix.

How we use it
To reply to you, to send the printable you asked for, and, only if you ticked the consent box, to send occasional Tiny Hero Readers tips, book news and a follow-up about the printable. We also use usage data to understand which pages and channels work, and to keep the site secure.

Children’s privacy
Our printables and books are for children, but our forms are for parents, caregivers and educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. A child’s first name is optional and is only used to personalise the emails you receive. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Consent and unsubscribing
We only send marketing emails with your express consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by using it or by emailing us.

Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is stored and processed by Wix.com, our website and email provider, which may store data outside Canada. Links to Amazon and Instagram take you to services with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you stay subscribed or as long as we need it to answer your request, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email robby@vrncreative.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security
We use the security measures provided by Wix, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), and limit access to the people who need it.
