We were tasked with bringing the authentic warmth of Chiara Cucina to the bustling aisles of the Grocery Innovation Canada tradeshow. Our goal was simple but ambitious: stop traffic, capture data, and turn casual tasters into concrete business leads.

It started with a booth design that acted as a visual anchor in the hall—inviting, modern, and impossible to miss. But we knew that in the grocery innovation game, a pretty booth isn't enough; you need a system. We integrated a digital-first lead acquisition strategy, replacing the traditional "fishbowl of business cards" with a streamlined landing page experience. Visitors didn't just say hello; they entered a digital ecosystem that triggered immediate, automated follow-ups before they even left the trade floor.

While the tech worked in the background, our team handled the human element through expert on-site community management. We ensured that every handshake was meaningful and every sample served came with a side of brand education. The result was a seamless blend of Italian hospitality and sharp digital marketing, ensuring Chiara Cucina left the show not just with empty sample trays, but with a full database of qualified B2B prospects.
